Sight and Sound, distributor of Crésus software, offers tailor-made training at attractive prices focused on putting concrete examples into practice.

This software developed in French-speaking Switzerland is used both by small businesses (PE) and SMEs as well as by large structures. It is swissdec certified and complies with the ELM/PUCS 4.0 salary standard (certificate 1034.13). Crésus draws up all the certificates and other administrative documents. Salaries are calculated automatically based on each employee's data and company settings.

This course is aimed at people who not only want to know the features of Crésus Salaires, but also and above all want to know how to use them.


Goals

Be able to use the functionalities of the Crésus Salaires software.


Contents

- Record and manage company data and characteristics in the Crésus Salaires program: configuration.
- Save settings and manage social insurance data.
- List employees and data relating to the employment contract and personal status.
- Process fixed salaries, daily or hourly.
- Manage compensation, deductions, allowances and expense payments.
- Prepare monthly pay sheets.
- Generate salary payments (transfer orders).
- Transfer data via Swissdec (withholding tax and occupational pensions).
- Establish the various annual accounts and statistics (salary certificates, AHV and accident/loss of earnings insurance statements, withholding tax documents).
- Make the link with Crésus accounting.

• Modules of 6 private lessons of 45 minutes.
• The personalization of courses allows the content of the modules to be composed according to the needs and priorities of each individual.
